the confidence, clarity & stability she once provided started dissipating once i came around. when i started to feel emotions i hadn’t ever felt, the elation took control and she believed it was time to let loose and trust. she started to stray away from her routines, what built her up and defined her. she eventually let me go as i blindly meandered towards the unknown with all my credence.
when she needed me the most, i turned a blind eye. it wasn’t worth losing her. losing you, was my greatest miscalculation. truth be told, i really fucking missed you.
